The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair collects the following information regarding visitors to our web site: Company name, address, URL, information volunteered by you regarding your respective company, primary contact name, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, and address/mail stop in conjunction with your preferred means of communication. This information is critical to company registration during phase one and two of the registration process required to attend the career fair. The Career Fair staff does not make "primary contact information" or any other information available to third party vendors for marketing or solicitation of any kind. Information about our clients is an important part of our business, and we will not sell it to others and is kept in the strictest confidence. The Career Fair web site policies are in accordance with the Rensselaer Private Policy and policy of electronic citizenship. Use of Information When you supply NSBE/SHPE Career Fair with your personal information, we may use it to register your company to the Career Fair and also use this information to contact you so that we can maintain a smooth relationship between corporations and students. The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair agrees to use your personal information for registration purposes and to maintain lines of communication open between NSBE/SHPE at RPI and students. Data Security The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair is committed to ensuring the integrity of the corporate identification information provided to us by preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring the appropriate use of information. In addition, we urge you to protect the username and password assigned to you as being the "primary contact" and make sure you are using a secure browser as you surf the Internet.
