Thank you for your interest in recruiting students from RPI!

This year registration has been consolidated into one nine-step process, which is broken down below:

The first three bullets represent the fundamental information necessary to register your organization. You have the option to cancel at any point before reaching the fifth bullet. As a registered organization, the primary contact person can modify all the information provided.

Please note: After completing the registration, a non-refundable base fee deposit will be due. This deposit will finalize your table(s) and equipment requests; however, if your payment has not arrived within the time frame described in the deadlines page, your registration will be placed on the waiting list!

Already registered? Please login below and take advantage of your company portal where you are provided with the option to modify almost every aspect of your registration and access to your invoice.

Registered before? Click on 'Register for 2008 Career Fair' and after providing your email, we'll import the record from the previous Career Fair your organization attended automatically.

Are you a 3rd party vendor? Please email the web committee with the name of the company you are registering and the email address of the primary contact. They will then provide you with a special link to register.

***Registration Notice***

  • Registration for Saturday October 4th is currently closed. If you wish to be added to the waiting list for Saturday October 4th please email our Web Committee.
  • Registration for Friday October 3rd is currently open. In order to register, please email our Web Committee for further instructions.
  • An additional Walk-In Fee of $200 will be charged to companies that show up days of the career fair without being previously registered for this year's fair. Please note that a table is not guaranteed for a walk in company and it may take up to 2 hours or longer to be assigned a table.
