Registration Opens July 9, 2008 Registration Closes September 15, 2008 is the last day that we can guarantee a table in the Career Fair. August 31, 2008, or 30 days after registering, whichever is earlier The base registration deposit, which is applied towards your total bill, is due. Once received, your registration and equipment requests are finalized. If the deposit is not received by this respective date, then your organization will be wait listed*. Please note that any registrations that occur after August 31st will ultimately have their balance due before October 5, 2008. September 15, 2008 Last day to add/change equipment requests. Last day for lunch preference requests; after this date additional corporate representatives will be given the default meal option. October 17, 2008 All accounts are due. Balances paid after this date will be subject to a $100 late payment fee. Note on Refunds: Either the Co-Chairs or Web Committee must be contacted via email to confirm cancellation or no refunds will be granted. All Refunds will be taken care of after the Career Fair. Cancellation Date Refund Amount Before September 12, 2008 100% After September 12, 2008 50% After October 4, 2008 0% *Any company which has not paid the base deposit by the 45th day after registering will have their registration status set to passive.
