The Base Fee is composed of the following:

Registration Fee                                            $210

Up to two (2) corporate representatives            $170

An additional table is $100
Additional Representatives or Recruiters are $85 each

After registering for the fair, you will need to pay the non-refundable base fee of ($480 for one day, $900 for two days) as a deposit to reserve your table(s) and equipment requests; otherwise, your organization may be put on the waiting list for the day(s) of attendance. This base fee will be credited to your account and will offset the total cost for the fair.

Note on tables and TV/VCR sets ordered:
There will be a limit of 2 tables and 1 TV/VCR set per company at the Career Fair this year.

Note on Refunds:
Either the Co-Chairs or Web Committee must be contacted via email to confirm cancellation or no refunds will be granted. All Refunds will be taken care of after the Career Fair.

Late Fee:
Any payments made after October 17, 2008 will be charged a late fee of $100.

Walk-In Fee:
An additional Walk-In Fee of $200 will be charged to companies that show up days of the career fair without being previously registered for this year's fair. Please note that a table is not guaranteed for a walk in company and it may take up to 2 hours or longer to be assigned a table.
